AllSports.by is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for expanding our services across Vitebsk region. You will work directly with the leadership team of AllSports and manage various exciting projects and initiatives across all functions (Marketing, Sales, etc). You'll play a crucial role in the company as you help grow our business and shape strategy.

- Founded in 2019, AllSports.by has become a leading player in the Belarussian sports market. As of today, with our sport memberships we offer free access to more than 350 sports facilities across Belarus. Next to Belarus, we plan to enter at least one/two more international markets in 2021.

- Our team is led by a highly experienced international team with an exceptional track record in technology and launching successful business projects.

## You'll be ...

- Spearheading major initiatives like regional expansion.

- Driving B2B sales of our product in Vitebsk.

- Responsible for representing AllSports with suppliers as well as customers in Vitebsk Region

- Leading AllSports business development efforts by maintaining excellent relationships with current customers and establishing new relationships with major corporates.

- Identifying and sourcing potential new customers.

- Navigating organizations to persuade decision makers to use AllSports products.

- The voice of the customer, providing market feedback to internal teams.

## Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a client facing set up - sales, marketing or account management

- You have been a strong performer in the endeavors you ventured upon.

- You have proven skills in building long-term relationships with partners.

- Great communication skills. You quickly establish rapport and value with people.

- You thrive on a small team in a fast-moving environment.

- You're a naturally positive and optimistic person.

- You're willing to learn and embrace every opportunity to grow.

- You do whatever it takes to get the job done while maintaining high ethical standards.

- You are proficient in English at an intermediate level.

- You are fluent in Russian.
