The recruiting agency Brightman invites a smart Lead Generation Specialist to become part of a strong professional team.

The customer is an international IT company specializing in software development, mobile applications, and web development for various industries. The company offers a wide range of services, including custom software development, IT consulting, project management, DevOps, support, and maintenance.

With offices in the USA, Europe, and the UK, the customer has established itself as a reliable technology partner on a global scale. The company collaborates with clients from diverse sectors such as financial services, healthcare, logistics, media and entertainment, telecommunications, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Searching for potential customers using social networks (mostly LinkedIn);
- Maintaining business correspondence with our customers and presenting the company's services;
- Referring leads to sales managers;
- Qualifying incoming inquiries, including calls with customers;
- Managing documents and the internal CRM system.

Must-haves:
- University degree;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs – a confident PC user;
- Well-breed speech (both spoken and written);
- Willingness to grow in sales;
- Knowledge of business etiquette, initiative, ambition, and creativity;
- Proactivity and focus on achieving results;
- Tolerance to monotonous tasks, diligence, and stress resistance;
- Level of English – Intermediate or above.

Nice-to-haves:
- Experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or in a similar position;
- Experience in IT and knowledge of IT trends.
