The second area of ​​work is the molding of silicone and the production of awards from wood, plastic, epoxy resin. I fulfill orders for such companies as VISA, Mastercard, Wargaming. Communication with customers, monitoring compliance with deadlines, maintenance of machines and equipment, procurement of materials. In this workshop I make many interesting, unusual and complex orders. For example, he made awards for Belarusian banks for Visa and Mastercard, awards for e-sportsmen from Wargaming, a punching bag in the form of Conor McGregor for Parimatch and much more.

Development and promotion of the sales department: communication and conclusion of contracts with clients, development and implementation of sales scripts, maintenance of the CRM system (creation of sales funnels, CRM automation, employee performance control), personnel search and training. Upon returning to this company, I expanded the sales department, opened a second call center, and created a customer support department. Because of these innovations, we were able to move to a new office and raise the salary of employees by 40%.
